1. An apostle will have a servant spirit.

Paul, James, Peter spoke of themselves as being ‘slaves’ for Christ.  Any position of leadership, especially this one requires a servant heart.

2. An apostle will have spiritual authority.  It is assumed authority, not lording over others; or dictatorship. An apostle is also under someone else’s authority.

3. An apostle will be a spiritual father (I Cor 4:15-21) although he will not be called ‘father.’

4. An apostle will be an excellent leader others can follow.  We can follow an apostle because first and foremost he will follow Christ.

5. An apostle will have humility.  This characteristic is coupled with servanthood.  Humility is a necessary attitude because of the high calling of apostleship.

I’ve been traveling, meeting some of you who have stopped by our blog.  I learned that the teleseminars have blessed many of you.  To make sure these monthly teleseminars serve you, I’m asking for your help.

Before Wearing The Right C.A.P. grew into a business, it started as a mid week evening service message at my church.  The message led to creating the Wearing The Right C.A.P. Fivefold Minstry Assessment© for ministry leaders.  As I started noticing what God was doing, I really stopped to get clarity.  “What did He have in mind for the ‘seed’ He gave me?”

In time the seed grew.  Opportunities to present workshops opened up.  New insight came as I spent time in God’s Word and in prayer.  This led to presetnations, additional assessments and products for the faith-based community, marketplace, coach-mentoring and an entire Ministry Placement Step by Step System to place ministry leaders and ‘saints in the pews’ in their specific Kingdom Assignment in as little as 8 hours!

I’ve expanded the outreach so that now ministries and organizations can now do the entire program at their own site using their own leaders with assistance from Wearing The Right C.A.P.

The interesting thing about expansion is that its not linear.  It is more like a hallway on a floor.  The hallway is  the seed God put in your heart.   To the left and right are rooms that connect to the floor with the main idea God gave you.  There are also additional floors with their own rooms-a different, expanded idea.

Key:  When you look at the entire structure, you’ll notice that all the ‘floors’ have the same foundation, made of the same material and are connected.  The foundation is Christ.  The connector is the Holy Spirit.

Each door leading to the individual rooms in your structure are all the expanded ways of how you can express who you are -your Right C.A.P.

Your Right C.A.P. has room for you to expand.  Christ is your foundation.  The Holy Spirit will lead you to the expanded opportunities.

They shake hands of commitment-Committed to represent God, equip and empower the saints in the pews; committed to fulfilling their Kingdom Assignment and vision individually and corporately.

 2.  A call to ministry (area of service). The call to serve is a response to work in an area that maximizes the best parts of us.

 3. A call to the Fivefold Ministry (Office).  This is a specific call by God to men and women of His choosing to “govern” His Church (Body of Believers).
