Goal: Empowering Entrepreneurial African Women to start their own businesses through sales from my bookThrough the sale of my book, I am helping lift African women in developing countries out of poverty by empowering them with financial support to start their businesses.The first person I supported was a woman in Toga who wanted to start her business for two reasons:
1. She was in an abusive family situation.
2. She wanted to leave for the safety of not only herself, but also because of her children.

I provided a portion of her micro-loan to start her business. A micro-loan is usually repaid within a year. She recently repaid the loan back. I’m also given the option of having the same money I give be recycled and used for someone else.
So far I’ve assisted 5 additional women in their entrepreneurial ventures.
My goal is to recycle and build the base of my contributions to $10,000. My overall goal is to be able to give $10,000 on a quarterly basis.
